My brother went to Ipanema beach about two years ago. He said that when he was there he's never been solicited by so many prostitutes in his life, male and female. And all were absolutely gorgeous, gorgeous enough to actually be tempted to sleep with a prostitute, male or female. He said that their rates were waaaaaay too low, though, to even consider taking up offers. He figured they were subscribing to the Wal-Mart theory of pricing: keep prices low by upping volume of sales.
