2 more running observations from a beginner

1.) I'd die of boredom when running if it weren't for my iPod. For me it's as essential as #2. I have six or seven running playlists that I shuffle through, and they keep me going much further than I'd ever be able to go if I didn't have music blasting in my ears. I'll probably end up getting the Nike / iPod combo the next time I need to replace my running shoes.

2.) I'm no E, but I'm somewhere between a DD and a D (depends on which one you're looking at), and it's amazing how much the quality of a jog bra can have on a run. I'm passionately in love with these tops from Sahalie, and I find the crisscross back much easier on my shoulders. I also have a lot of good experience with bras from Title Nine (three barbells or up). Running is much more enjoyable when I'm not bouncing.
