When are you going to understand that it is a rare occasion indeed when one can get another to change their opinion once their mind is made up. You can't browbeat anybody into thinking you are "cute" or "pretty" or whatever when they don't think you are.
P.S. There was nothing inherently mean about his assessment of you. You wanted honest, he gave you his honest opinion. Plus, if you've spent any amount of time on these boards, he could have been a lot less "nice" in his assessment than he was.

I am sure there's somebody out there who finds you cute, or pretty, or "interesting-looking," or whatever, it just isn't him. It appears you've already found that person -- the guy you married, but like my grandmother always said, there's a lid for every pot. So really, what do you care?
I find you a tedious pain-in-the-ass. You could look like Heidi Klum, and if your board persona is any indication of how you really are, I would get tired of hanging around you.
