Recall that I said I spoke from experience (or something clearly to that effect) w/r/t 38 on a short person meaning fattie (or, I concede, possibly a skinny woman with a barrel chest). It's kind of somewhat immaterial because we all know I'm festive. And I have at best claimed to be "not unattractive."
