FWIW, doing anything at 5 AM opens the door to becoming superior as it gives you the rest of the day to throw in a second or third workout. No one gets superior on an hour a day or one workout a day. Although certainly a size 6 or less is attainable on an hour a day, regardless of the time you do it.
