I guess the upshot is that if you're courting someone on the internets and you really like them so far and want them to seem extra-attractive when you see them, try to schedule that first picture exchange or in-person meeting for when you're ovulating. Just be extra careful with the BC if it's in person.

This works the other way around, too: studies have shown that men find women more attractive when they (the women) are ovulating.
