Absolutely. I remember freshman year in college we'd all go do hardcore aerobics, go running, etc., every single day...in most cases, followed by a dinner usually involving pizza and a large slice of chocolate cake - fuel for the later-night beer-drinking. Oddly, no one seemed to lose weight that first year.
