I pulled a chest muscle using a cheap rowing machine, then forgot. I thought the pain the next day was angina. With stress over the next week from a tight briefing schedule I had adrenilin turn the pain and stress into increasing angina. At the emergency room I learned that most nights, in most ER's there are 2 or 3 professionals in their 30's having fake heart attacks.
