This makes me feel better. I've unknowingly pulled chest muscles doing pull-ups (almost the same motion as rowing). The next day, I had so much trouble breathing I completely freaked out. I thought something was really wrong with my heart. I'm glad I'm not the only one who doesn't make the logical connection...
