What you want to do is convince one of the two lawyers that because you do more complex law than they do, and/or you have a bias for/against little guys, they do not want you on their jury.
Better yet, every time the defendant's lawyer talks look away and whenever the plaintiff's lawyer talks say "Ch-ching!"
