Until my recent foray into solo practice, I spent my time restructuring the largest corporate groups in the world, generating hundreds of millions of dollars of cash flow and netg income benefit. I realigned the entire organization of the world's second largest integrated oil company. Within the next few couple of weeks, I should be doing the same again.
When I suggest a structural defect, you can rest assured I have identified the weak spot. The only issue you need to consider is if you would be better realigned or liquidated.
