(a) Not much, if they don't have the Senate and Bush is around to veto stuff.
(b) Fight with themselves, predictably. Both parties fight among themselves, but the Democrats like to share their fights with reporters.
(c) Investigate stuff. All sort of Administration activity, surely. Leading to....
(d) Fight with the Administration about whether and how it has to respond to Congressional subpoenas.
