You get "abuse" because you read every post as a reflection of your own world view. Most of them have absolutely nothing to do with you. And you misread half of the posts that do have to do with you. You make sweeping generalizations, and then feel attacked when someone objects to your bold pronouncements or even expresses a different point of view.

You object to people "judging" your life choices, and yet you cast aspersions on those of other people. And usually you have absolutely no idea what you're talking about when you do.

ncs wasn't making a comparision to your children when she praised the Brazenette and, by extension, the Branzenette's parents. She was simply making an observation--one, I might add, that she couldn't make for comparitave puroposes about your children because she's never met them.

You are "attacked" on this board frequently because what you have to say frequently is objectionable enough to cause people with ordinarily cooler heads to feel the need to object.

I have a very strong personality in real life and it becomes bombastic on the board. It is my way or the highway. you either like it or you don't it is as simple as that. it is what it is.
