Ratings: From Muggs to Dogs (real ones)
Here is the first round of Muggs' ratings in the form of possible taglines to his firm photo:

On to the Displaced Dogs.
Although, I feel with certain breeds, you can't really judge any specific dog's cuteness because the breed's traits are so overwhelming and distinctive, I believe both dogs are pretty cute.
The problem is, I like Pulis. I think they're cool looking. Who doesn't like a dog with a full head (and body) of dreads? But the thing about Pulis is, you can't really see their face. So, I'm necessarily saying that I think dogs with dreads covering their face are cute.
The Displaced Pup has junior dreads and you can see more of his/her face and is very cute.
