Okay, new topic: a woman here at the office has seemed to have dropped something in the vicinity of, I don't know, 70 or 100 pounds. She's looking awesome. I hadn't seen her for maybe 2 months and then saw her in the hall, and i couldn't help but compliment her. Just said she's looking fantastic, that sort of thing. Was that intrusive or inappropriate?

If it is over and over it gets old. But a tasteful "you look great" is always appreciated.
I have some people here following my running diet thing and the ones that ASK me if I freakin ran today I want to poke their eyes out with a pencil. But the ones who say, damn you lost a lotta weight or you look good. that is nice.
