Also, NFH, washing the sand of spinach is easy. You just need to immerse it in a big bowl of water. If it's really bad, change the water once. If it's still sandy after that, you're using too small a bowl, or you aren't really immersing it.

They have salad/washer/spinners yeah they're tacky but they do the job.
