Bone harvester may be the more correct term. She is on call certain days of the month to go harvest organs, etc. from people who have died and are donating. it is a fairly lucrative per hour sort of gig for anyone considering alternative career paths, though I don't think that she works many hours per month at it.
oh, the stories she can tell. and for some reason the subject comes up mainly while we are eating.
