I've not really been involved in these discussions with you, so I didn't see it as my job to refute your logic. If you, like Hank, believe that a 95% false positive rate is both workable in practice and sufficient justification for institutionalizing torture, then there's not much for us to discuss anyway.

Does this essentially sum it up? Assuming yes, then I fail to see how the Ds are delusional enough to think they will take the House.
