only Sidd can answer the question. lots of trial lawyers use flash to their advantage. some others would not do so well as flashy. while one certainly wants the jury to listen (at least sort of*) you really want the jury to like you and your case.
*if your case blows you might not want the jury to think too hard about the weaker spots.
