They do at the three Starbucks I frequent - but, then, we tip around here! (Actually, I will go out of my way to hit the Starbucks where the counterhelp is friendly, the place is clean, and the lines are kept moving, and will drop incredible amounts of sparechange, sometimes even 87 whole cents, into a jar in appreciation for this).

I wouldn't go out of my way to go to any Starbucks because the coffee sucks.
