My favorite couple costume that I've ever seen is Ace and Gary. Sure, some people won't get it, but those who do will love love love it.
Mr. Man and I went as Batman and Robin one year. The Robin costume was a total piece of crap, but the Batman costume was quite nice. Fuckers.
