(back to me - I made a tasty tuna salad last night using dijon mustard instead of mayo for the moisture element. I recommend.)

It's not about me, it was my example of the daily reminder that people who prepare food don't give a fuck.
You can also use ranch dressing in lieu of mayonaisse in tuna and it's not as disgusting as it sounds. Especially if you add your little touch of dijon for a tasty zing.
