He's 100 pounds bigger. That's one whole Kate Bosworth. How many other weight divisions is a 100 pound disparity allowed? Not something that Leonard ever had to encounter because he wasn't a heavyweight. And I don't recall Ali fighting someone 100 pounds bigger than him.
You are right that the Russian is a novelty act of sorts so it may not be such a mismatch, but I still think that this sort of thing turns heavyweight boxing into more of a joke than it has already become.
