What about motorists being arrested just because they're black?

We don't know enough of the facts to know whether it was a throw-away comment or issued threateningly. And it wouldn't surprise me if it was the former. And I'm all for more liberal requirements for wrongful arrest. But I'm not sure this one deserves a whole lot more attention than any of the other ones. Is the harm somehow greater here?
