Foley is a pervert who "attempted" to engage in cybersex.
The guy is clearly a creep - and it's not a shame to see him go - but the timing of the leak and this hypocritical moral outrage from the Left is staggering.

You see no hypocracy in the party of Pat Robertson and Newt Gingrich have a spokesperson on protecting children who is stalking them?
It looks like the timing was determined by Republican leakers and news outlets - find the hand of the D in there, please, before making the charge again.
For me, this is another straw on the back of a very burdened camel - I remain surprised that this straw seems to way heavier than the DeLay one, since he strikes me as about as corrupt and cynical as they come in politics, but maybe it's because it is driving home the fact that the House Leadership and the Administration have worked very hard to look the other way on a lot of issues.
On Studds - I was the age of that page when it happened, the guy got censured, which was the same punishment handed down to an R engaged in sex with a page at the same time, and this is the best you can come up with? Got anything from the Roosevelt administration you're upset with?
