I've had that for years and it's irritating as hell. At one point it looked like I had irregularly shaped brown blush on. One dermatologist reduced them in size by freezing them, but that left ugly patches while they healed. I'm afraid of the laser because a friend of mine had it done for her rosacea and said the doctor told her that people who are darker than pasty white (which I am), could end up with an uneven "finish." Let me know if you get this done and how it turns out.
