As a poster who is simultaneuously the most misunderstood poster ever and the center of gravity for the Board's inner circle, I question your assertion. How do you know this? Do the disenchanted former-Newbers PM you to discuss the reasons for their alienation? I think that, if anything, the cliqueishness is a big Newber draw. It gives them something to strive for.
