It is rare (if ever) that I work out like a fiend, but I admit that if I take multiple showers in a day (due to working out, playing sports or even just laying by the pool or going to the beach), I never rewash my hair. Only rinse it and dry it. This is part of the reason I'm hoping maybe bnb's plan will work for me too. Though my oily scalp and baby fine hair problems make me a bit concerned.
