That's a pretty damn big policy point, though, isn't it Hank?
It makes perfect sense that Iraq would be the main point, given that it has sucked the vast majority of this Administration's time and energy since the invasion. I'd bet there are other policies too - sort of a whole platform of them -- but they don't get as much press.
Anyhoo, the GOP won in 2000 running essentially on "Clinton is bad" -- so maybe the Iraq thing will work for us.

The party has plenty of soul. If anything there is too much soul and too little discipline.
