Yes, to all three. Only the rabbit, which is not my favorite anyway, is at another location. I do have the super-turbo-charged bullet from Good Vibrations, though, a present from a friend a number of months ago who will always be saved from the dustbin as a result of that excellent present. But gosh, all those things are even better when shared.
