Because she is prohibited from receiving personal packages at work. It is a policy that is quite strictly enforced.
They never leave the packages outdoors. Either they are in the office, or against my apt door at home. Or, sometimes, in my foyer, but not with the new mgmt people.
The ginger products I ordered this weekend are going to be shipped FedEx ground. I don't know how the other order I placed this weekend will be shipped.
I have never really had a problem with any shipper in particular. FedEx delivered the computer of a work friend who accidentally left it at this office when travelling -- she had it the next morning in time for our conference call. Which was why I shipped it, anyway.
Why are we talking about shippers? I just really wanted my new phone. It takes pictures!!
