Actually, I believe it is "FWIW, Texans, as a general rule, love their country." The Country of Texas that is.
To the prior point, on paper I am educated (meaning it looks like it until I open my mouth). I also loved my Country of Texas and love my new Planet of California.
I think Canadians are bad people because they stole the concept of my wonderful Wisconsin accent and have since made a mockery of it.
