If you don't eat any rice when you have sushi*, how much do you have to order to get full? It could get really expensive to only eat sashimi. I order at least six nigiri for myself. There is nothing better than finishing off a meal with a piece of unagi. Just a great combination of flavors.
*I am aware that, in Japanese, "sushi" refers to the rice. We usually refer to sushi as the entire meal.
**I don't know how BYOB restaurants make money.
