*Which isn't surprising since, when I was in Japan, I was told by a connoisseur that sushi and sashimi are more about texture than flavor.

1. Why is fishy tasting bad? I like fishy tasting. If I want something not fishy tasting, I'll have steak.
2. I am no connoisseur, and thankful of that, since it allows me to enjoy the taste of sushi, which is pretty good.
