Yes to all of the above, sometimes. I tend to "finish" at the beginning, middle, end and sometimes after, too, and like I said I like a bit more actual sex time, but I appreciate the simultaneous timing. No rest in between is also excellent. Or a couple hours' sleep. or awake. Forget it - everything is good if it's varied and intense.
