I agree with part two, but must disagree with the analysis of part one, considering the traffic meter hit an all-time high of 8.3 today and I have worked 28 hours and it is only Tuesday (which seems a bit high for the "fled the private practice" set). How come every Thanksgiving means some sort of emergency transaction?
