To me, it's saying over and over, in different ways, that she's a sexual goddess. Of course, I may be doing that as well. That wouldn't stop it from annoying me.
And, as a person who is sometimes on a break with Penske, yes, under his definition, you can declare it unilaterally. I think you need to let the other person know, though. And probably why. (e.g., I went on a break with him over the stuff he posts on the PB.)
I think he is on a break from the boards. An unannounced one. But to me, breaks from the board are different from breaks from a person.
I am on a break from interacting directly with coworkers.
