so serious question. When you start working with someone new. The pattern for me has been "Oh he or she is SO COOL I am so happy to be working with he or she! Yay!" initial honeymoon period; and then it distinigrates from there, you get to know their annoying habits, quirks and personality disorders in detail....and things are NOT what they seem.
So if it the opposite...you get a feeling of dread the big OH NO NOT HE OR SHE PLEASE GOD NO then will it only get better, it won't be as bad as it seems? it can only go up from the subbasement?
