It's one bit of power. Matters about as much as those others you were worried about.
Look, what are our basic needs: food, shelter, health, sex, friends and family. Maybe a bit of intellectual stimulation, too. The kinds of power that matter relate to those things. And, in our twisted little society, each sex has some advantages.
