Yeah - it's iPods. The books have arrived, but the iPod won't be here until January 1. I am aquiver with excitement, let me tell you.
In NY (iirc), you don't submit your application to the bar until after you pass the test, but in other jurisdictions, you do it before the test (in fact, you can't take the test in CT until you submit the application). I had lunch with a friend not long ago and he mentioned that NY is quirky in that regard. Lucky for me he brought it up, otherwise I would have thought I could submit the thing the day before (or whenever it struck my fancy -- heh -- not
that fancy) and I would have been frozen out of the CT bar exam!! On second thought, as I'm taking the February test, I may be frozen anyway.
