he is in asshole because it is only a half an hour and if you are obviously in limited space, it is not necessary to "amuse" yourself for only a half an hour by elbowing me each time you flip the power point slides muttering to yourself. These 1/2 hour types often open up the NY Times on your head [not the nice train fold] amuse yourself all you want as long as it does not infringe upon others.

If someone is elbowing you or shoving his newspaper in your face, then he is being rude. Where he got on the train has nothing to do with that.
