So, I guess you're looking for a waiver that says, "I agree that if I act like a dumbass I won't bring a lawsuit once everyone else realizes how much of an asshole I really am or once I realize how much money they've made off of the fact that I look like a dumbass."

I suspect the waiver you're looking for would spell out everything for everyone in huge block letters so that there would be no chance of misunderstandings or hurt feelings,* thus making the project impossible to undertake without the use of actors. Well, hey. We're back to your point about him not being able to make a film like this at all. Looky there.

*And I'm sure you would argue that the people who signed, without reading, the abundantly clear waiver that they too were duped and it shouldn't be allowed.

A better waiver would read: "We are going to make a movie in which you may unwittingly play a role. The purpose of this film is to expose unpleasant or offensive views that you hold in order to both profit at the box office and raise consciousness about these issue with the general public. The down side for you could be loss of friends and/or employment in addition to general humiliation." Then to make sure the person understands the waiver, it should be rapped to him by Jay-Z while being written in large block letters as a tattoo across his penis.
