yes. as you may recall I voted against creating that exception. I knew it would break up the sense of community. Like, now I have to ask a fellow member "you're not a waiver case are you?" to make sure they have the necessary capabilities before challenging them to a brainiac game.
As I recall gwnc charmed the rest of the guys to vote for it, so she could sneak Ironhead in.
