thank you for this. to end the year on a story that we can all agree is vile and without merit is positive. in the end we are all Americans and stories such as this, which simply look for some dumb tie to bash Bush is something that should bring us all together to reject the story and its source. I suppose we can all start 2007 with the acknowledgement that the media is left-biased.
Of course the number of Americans killed 9/11 has no relation to the number of US troops killed in Iraq. a relevent number might be:
how many of the some 20000 Afghan trained terrorists died in combination with the 9/11 deaths? 19.
how many of the some 20000 Afghan trained terrorists dies in combination with US troop deaths in Iraq?
the numbers would still be irrelevent, but at least there would be some tie.
