Cisco sued Apple over the iPhone trademark. You'd think Apple would have figured this all out before making a big splashy announcement.

Shoot first ask questions later. The rumors have been calling it the iPhone for years.

What's trademark infringement in the absence of actual sales, btw? Is this just a basically costless violation, so long as they rename it the MacPhone in June?
