I saw the clip of her initial statements. I don't watch The View, um, ever. And I'm not her target market. But she isn't the one coming off like a total ass in the Trump vs. Rosie deathmatch. She may generally be a jackass. I have no opinion.*
*Other than that she was occasionally amusing when she was the host of that comedy show on VH-1 (?) back in the day. 150 pounds ago and before she left the closet. She even wore make-up, I believe. Not a laugh riot, but better than at least half of the stand-up folks who she introduced.
