OTOH, I freely give you all adit, the entrance to a mine. It does not have a high point value, but it will fit easily into small spaces and buy you a few new tiles to keep you in the game.

You'd give someone QWERTY? I would never have thought of that as a word. Probably just a hypothectical discussion anyway, because the likelihood of having a Q, a W and a Y seems pretty small.
