Seriously, I have a coworker with three kids under the age of 8 who regularly takes them to Vegas. It's not that difficult as long as you plan to spend most of your time by the pool (although summertime? ugh) instead of in the casino.

I agree.
Mandalay Bay has an awesome aquarium that the Brazenette just loved. And the pool (with a lazy river thing) was a great way to spend the day. And there was no problem at all arranging for a babysitter at night so that the grownups could go eat and gamble.
