Honestly? That sounds a little bitchy.
Those people won't hear it anyway. Like the woman who said "expresso" and "lets do this for chagrins" will never stop.
Here, do it this way...
You: "Ironic? That's funny."
Her: "Why is that funny?"
You: "Because it's not ironic."
I suppose you could go on to explain what ironic really means, but better to let her think about it. But she won't stop. Sometimes words just come out, like cool and hot and bitchin.
