 Exactly.  That's why the verb after "that" is properly a "was," and no longer an "is."
To RT:  Yes, we got all of the china and glassware.  Scarcely any of the silver (at those prices, I was not surprised), so we bought the full set on our honeymoon.  All of it gets used quite a bit, even though everything has to be handwashed.
